We collect, store and use your personal information for only one purpose - to access your ATO records so we can provide you with the Tax Agent Services requested by you. Your personal information is not a commodity to us. We will not use your information for marketing purposes, and we will never provide your details to a third party unless required by law.

We further respect the privacy of all individuals, whether our clients or not, who do not wish to receive unsolicited marketing material, either by email, text or postal mail. We do not send spam, and we do not deliver any printed material to letterboxes marked with exclusion notices including ‘No Junk Mail’, ‘No Advertising Material’, ‘Addressed Mail Only’ or similar wording.

We are bound by applicable legislation to collect, store and use your information - in particular your Tax File Number - with certain care and protection.

We undertake to protect your personal information from loss, compromise and misuse.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Government Agencies

As a registered tax agent, we are subject to legal and regulatory obligations that may require us to disclose personal information to authorised Australian Government agencies, including the Australian Taxation Office, the Tax Practitioners Board, and other relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any information disclosed is limited to only that which is necessary to satisfy the relevant legal or regulatory requirement.
